International Shipments
Customers are responsible for any international duties, tarrifs or other fees assessed on international shipments. Shipping times may be delayed by customs processing. Please contact us (by clicking here) if you need you order delivered by a specific date. Shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination country.
Shipping Guarantee
We fully guarantee all items shipped to you. If any items are lost or damaged on their way to you, we will replace the items at no cost to you.
Drop Shipping
The Drop Ship method is the fastest shipping method we have available. Drop Shipped orders will not include any gift boxes for your order as they are shipped directly from the Rembrandt factory. Drop Ship orders (including engraved items) placed by 11:00am Eastern time will be shipped that day; orders received after 11:00am will be shipped the following business day.
Drop Ship orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight Standard or FedEx 2-Day, and can only be shipped to a street address, and only to the continental US. There are some zipcodes that require an additional day for FedEx delivery. FedEx Overnight Standard and 2-Day shipments arrive in the afternoon, usually after 3pm, and are delivered Monday through Fridays only. We will contact you if something is out of stock and cannot be shipped.
Chains and lobster clasps cannot be Drop Shipped, but they can be Express Mailed at an additional charge from our retail store. Customized pieces, such as cartouches, calendars, Photoart and Tree of Life charms, cannot be drop shipped.
