Returns
All non-customized items can be returned for refund for up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Engraved items, photo charms and other customized items cannot be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. When possible, please return items using the same packaging in which you received them. Otherwise, please ship your return items in a protective box or inside a padded mailer envelope. You may return it via US Mail, but we recommend that you get delivery confirmation. We will refund your credit card as soon as we receive your return. Please send all returns to:

Exchanges
All warranty items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the Silver-and-Gold-Charms.com invoice must be included with all returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us.
