Import Fees and Duties
Any and all Import fees, Customs duties and/or Import taxes are not included in your purchase price and are your responsibility.
Most countries charge one or more import duties, taxes or fees on items imported from another country. These import fees are NOT included in the price of the item you are purchasing from us and CANNOT be pre-paid. These fees are assessed by your government as the package enters your country and is cleared through their Duty or Customs Agency.
Even if your order is a gift to you or for you, we cannot list it as a “gift” on the customs form we fill out for your order – we are a commercial business and are required to fill out the forms reflecting that this is a business transaction.
Delivery Times and Possible Delays
We have approximate shipping times listed on our website. Please allow additional shipping time during any Holiday time, as delays are common when postal systems are busy. International shipping times are inconsistent, but please notify us if you have not received your order within the estimated delivery times we have listed on our website. All of our orders are shipped insured.
Package Arrival
Your local post office will usually contact you or leave a call notice that you need to go to your local post office to pick up your package and pay any import duties or fees that have been assessed. They will only hold the package for a specific period of time before returning it to us as “Unclaimed”. If you feel the package should have arrived please contact your local post office and see if there is a package waiting for you, in case they have failed to notify you that the package is waiting for you.
